This smoothie calls for shelled nut flour, which probably won't be something you have in your storeroom constantly. Ingredients:
227g (1 cup) Plain, Nonfat Greek Yogurt
½ cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
2 parcels Natural Sweetener (Truvia, stevia, and so on.)
25 Green Grapes
60g (½ cup) Peanut Flour
4 Ice Cubes
Instruction:
In a fast blender (I utilized my Vitamix), include the Greek yogurt, milk, sugar and grapes.
Mix until you never again observe the grape skins.
Include the shelled nut flour and ice and mix until totally smooth.
Serve promptly or store in the fridge for some other time.
